Milo flourless cake!

so today is xin's birthday.
Last night at around 10:30, i asked sj if she wanted to surprise xin at 12.
She said yes so i said we should bake a cake for her haha but sadly, we didn't have any flour in the apartment.
So i suggested to bake the vico cake!

Haha obviously, we didn't have measuring cups and all so we just add the ingredients like a pro~

The ingredients (cough, cough) used for this cake are:
around~~

1/2 cup of butter

2 tablespoon of sugar

1 egg

1/2 condensed milk

1/2 cup of milo powder

1 cup of nestum

1/2 of milk powder

(1)Turn on the stove to medium heat and melt the butter.

(2) Whisk the sugar, egg and condensed milk.

(3) Add (2) to (1). Stir it till the egg is cooked.

(4) Mix the milo powder, nestum and milk powder.

(5) Add (4) to (3).

(6) Refrigerate the cake when it is cooled to room temperature. If can, leave it overnight.

Originally, people use horlick powder instead of milk powder and vico powder instead of milo powder.
But at 10:30pm, these were all we got for a cake :P
